Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at help@tineetees.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the items you would like to exchange and then contact Customer Support by email help@tineetees.com
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. This includes: adding a new item, changing a color or size, or changing the billing or shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience.
